B2B lead generation: contacts your sales team can actually call

We build the whole path — campaigns, landing page, form, CRM, follow-up — and wire it into your systems. The goal is not to fill a spreadsheet: it is that whoever picks up the phone knows who they are talking to and why.

The hook

"We tried it, and the leads
were useless."

The form only asked for a name and an email.
No barrier, no qualifying question: everyone gets through, including people who clicked by mistake. More contacts in the report, fewer conversations.
The offer was generic.
"Request information" attracts the curious. "Find out in 30 minutes whether your ERP can talk to your online store" attracts people with that problem.
Nobody called back in time.
A B2B lead has an attention window measured in hours, not days. If the enquiry lands in a shared inbox someone checks on Monday, the lead is already gone — and it looks like the campaign failed.
There was no follow-up.
In B2B almost nobody buys on first contact. Someone who is not ready today becomes ready in three months, but only if someone stayed in touch.
The wrong thing was measured.
If the metric is cost per lead, poor leads always win. The right metric is cost per opportunity opened.
So what changes with you?
The first two causes are marketing, the other three are software. That is why this service sits inside a software house: the part that breaks is almost always the technical one.
What we build

The whole path,
piece by piece.

Not just the campaign: everything between the click and an opportunity in the pipeline.
An offer worth raising a hand for
A free assessment, an audit, a site visit, a configurator, a document answering a specific technical question. It has to be worth the exchange and be something you can actually deliver every time.
The landing page
We build it: fast, no menu leading elsewhere, one objective. Consistent with the ad the person arrived from — if the ad talks about warehousing, the page does not talk about the company.
A form that qualifies
Few questions, but the right ones: sector, size, what software you run today, how urgent it is. The same questions a salesperson would ask in the first two minutes.
The connection to your systems
The contact lands straight in your CRM or back office through an API, not in an export you download by hand. With the source tracked: which campaign, which ad, which page.
Automatic qualification
A score based on the answers and on behaviour. Hot leads reach sales immediately; the rest enter a nurture path. Where it makes sense we use an AI agent that reads the enquiry and drafts the reply.
Follow-up
Automated email sequences built around the type of enquiry, reminders for the salesperson, reactivation of contacts gone quiet. The least glamorous part, and the one that produces the most contracts.
Sources

Where the contacts
come from.

Always from traffic you choose to generate, always with explicit consent.
What we do
Google Ads
People already searching for a solution to the problem you solve. → Google Ads
Meta Ads
People who do not know you yet, and retargeting of those who visited without leaving details. → Meta Ads
The traffic you already have
Often the first job is making the visits you get today convert better, before buying more.
What we don't do
Bought contact lists
Never. Not even if you ask.
Addresses scraped from LinkedIn or directories
Not a moral position, a risk assessment: the GDPR fine lands on you, not on the agency.
Cold email to people who never heard of you
A domain burnt by spam stays yours for years.
The deal

What we need
from you.

This service only works if someone is there on the other side. If these three things are missing we say so before we start, rather than discovering it in month three.
Someone who calls back
With an agreed response time. If leads sit for two days, the rest is pointless.
Somewhere for the contacts to land
If you have a CRM we connect it; if you do not, we will tell you what you actually need — usually far less than you think.
Feedback from sales
Which leads were good and which were not. Without that we optimise blind and end up buying volume.

FAQ

Before you ask.

None guaranteed, and be wary of anyone who gives you a number: it depends on sector, competition and budget. What we do guarantee is that every contact arrives tracked, qualified and inside your system, so after the first month of data the forecast comes from your numbers.

Tried generating leads and got traffic instead of conversations?

In a 30-minute call we take apart the flow you have now: where contacts enter, what they are asked, where they land and who calls them. The point where it breaks is usually obvious straight away.

The bottleneck is rarely the campaign.

Nine times out of ten it sits between the form and the CRM. That is the part we can see, because we write it.
