Before you ask.
We do not quote off the top of our head before seeing the project. What we can tell you straight away is what the price is made of: days of analysis, days of development, integrations with external systems — the item that varies most — and migrating the data you already have. In the first meeting we can tell quickly whether the project sits in the order of magnitude you have in mind. If it does not, we say so there and then.
We release in parts, so a usable first version arrives well before the end of the project. What stretches the timeline is almost never the features, it is the integrations: a system that lives on its own ships quickly, the same system talking to three external ones does not. Dates go into the quote and they are binding.
Yes, and it is written into the contract. On release you get the repository, the credentials and the documentation. You can have it maintained by whoever you like.
No. Support is a separate service you choose to activate. The software works without it.
Yes, remotely. Our offices are in Prato and Florence, and clients nearby we meet in person. Everything else runs remotely, and English is not a problem.
Yes, as a tool, with human review on everything we ship. That is different from having AI generate an entire product and hoping it holds: that case is something we fix afterwards.
